General Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern reservations and vehicle rental services provided by Skyline Rental.

By making a reservation, signing a rental agreement or accepting a Skyline Rental vehicle, the customer agrees to comply with the applicable rental conditions and policies.

Reservations & Availability

Reservations are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by Skyline Rental.

Vehicle images, models and specifications displayed on the website are intended to represent the selected vehicle or category. Where necessary, Skyline Rental may provide a comparable vehicle subject to availability.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact, driver, pickup and return information when making a reservation.

Driver Requirements

The main driver and any additional authorized drivers must hold a valid driving licence accepted for driving in Albania.

Valid identification and any additional documentation reasonably required to complete the rental may be requested when the vehicle is collected.

Only drivers authorized under the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.

Prices & Payment

Rental prices are based on the selected vehicle, rental period, services and any additional options included in the reservation.

The total amount and applicable payment conditions will be communicated during the booking process or when the reservation is confirmed.

Additional charges may apply where extra services, additional rental time, damage, fines or other costs arise during the rental.

Use of the Vehicle

The customer must use the vehicle responsibly, comply with applicable traffic laws and take reasonable measures to protect the vehicle.

The vehicle must not be used:

• For illegal activities;
• By an unauthorized driver;
• For racing or competitive driving;
• While the driver is impaired by alcohol or drugs;
• In a manner that may intentionally damage the vehicle.

Travel outside Albania may require prior approval from Skyline Rental and additional documentation.

Damage & Insurance

Insurance coverage and the customer's financial responsibility are determined by the specific rental agreement and any coverage selected or included with the rental.

Customers must notify Skyline Rental as soon as possible of any accident, damage, theft or other incident involving the vehicle.

Insurance protection may be affected where the vehicle is used in violation of the rental agreement or applicable law.

Fuel, Pickup & Vehicle Return

The applicable fuel, pickup and return conditions will be communicated as part of the reservation or rental agreement.

The vehicle should be returned at the agreed location, date and time and in a condition consistent with normal use during the rental.

Customers should contact Skyline Rental as soon as possible if they expect to return the vehicle later than agreed.

Traffic Fines & Charges

The customer is responsible for traffic violations, parking fines, tolls and other charges incurred during the rental period where legally applicable.

Skyline Rental may provide relevant rental or driver information to competent authorities where required by law.

Accidents & Breakdowns

In the event of an accident, breakdown, theft or damage, customers should contact Skyline Rental as soon as reasonably possible and follow the instructions provided.

Where appropriate, customers should also contact the police, emergency services or other relevant authorities.

Cancellation & Changes

Requests to cancel or modify a reservation should be submitted to Skyline Rental as early as possible.

Any applicable cancellation, modification or refund conditions depend on the terms communicated for the specific reservation.

Liability & Changes to These Terms

Skyline Rental provides its services in accordance with applicable laws and the conditions established in the customer's rental agreement.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services, business practices or legal requirements.
